2) Our Services & Disclosures
- No lender decision authority. If we connect you with third-party lenders or institutions, those third parties make all underwriting/approval decisions.
- No guaranteed results. Outcomes depend on many factors outside our control (credit profile, banking history, lender criteria, market conditions, etc.).
- Not legal/tax/financial advice. Any information is general education. You should consult your attorney, CPA, or licensed financial professional for advice specific to you.
3) Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site or request services. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement.
4) Appointments, Payments, and Cancellations
- Bookings: If you book a consultation, you agree to provide accurate contact information and show up on time.
- Fees: Any fees for paid services will be presented to you before purchase or in an invoice/checkout flow.
- Cancellations/Reschedules: Please reschedule as early as possible. If you miss an appointment (“no-show”), we may charge a reasonable fee if disclosed at booking.

IN ALL CASES, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM (OR $100 IF YOU PAID NOTHING), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
