These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of lendingahandllc.com (the “Site”) and any services, consultations, educational materials, booking, or communications provided by Lending A Hand (“Lending A Hand,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

1) Who We Are

Lending A Hand provides educational and consulting support related to credit education, business funding education, and real estate education. We are based in San Antonio, Texas.

2) Our Services & Disclosures

Important: We provide education and consulting. We do not guarantee outcomes (including credit score changes, approvals, rates, limits, or funding amounts).
  • No lender decision authority. If we connect you with third-party lenders or institutions, those third parties make all underwriting/approval decisions.
  • No guaranteed results. Outcomes depend on many factors outside our control (credit profile, banking history, lender criteria, market conditions, etc.).
  • Not legal/tax/financial advice. Any information is general education. You should consult your attorney, CPA, or licensed financial professional for advice specific to you.

3) Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site or request services. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4) Appointments, Payments, and Cancellations

  • Bookings: If you book a consultation, you agree to provide accurate contact information and show up on time.
  • Fees: Any fees for paid services will be presented to you before purchase or in an invoice/checkout flow.
  • Cancellations/Reschedules: Please reschedule as early as possible. If you miss an appointment (“no-show”), we may charge a reasonable fee if disclosed at booking.
  • Refunds: Refund eligibility (if any) will be stated in writing for the specific product/service you purchased.

5) Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive purposes.
  • Attempt to access non-public areas of the Site, accounts, or systems.
  • Interfere with Site operation (e.g., malware, scraping at harmful rates, denial-of-service attacks).
  • Misrepresent your identity or submit someone else’s information without permission.

6) Intellectual Property

THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8) Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LENDING A HAND WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR SERVICES. IN ALL CASES, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM (OR $100 IF YOU PAID NOTHING), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

9) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lending A Hand and its owners, officers, employees, and contractors from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Site, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

10) SMS/Text Messaging Terms (A2P/10DLC)

This section is designed for A2P compliance. It must match your actual messaging program behavior.

10.1 Program Description

If you opt in, Lending A Hand may send text messages to the mobile number you provide about: (a) appointment confirmations and reminders, (b) service-related updates, (c) requested information and follow-ups, and (d) promotional or marketing messages (if you separately consent where required).

10.2 Consent to Receive Messages

By providing your number and opting in (for example, by checking an SMS consent box, submitting a form that states you agree to texts, or replying with an affirmative keyword), you authorize Lending A Hand to send text messages using an automatic telephone dialing system and/or prerecorded messages where permitted by law. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
